Men were asked at various community meetings this spring to volunteer for five key “task force” areas that seem crucial to our ability to put on sustainable NWTA trainings going forward, to better build our local communities and regional center. These task-force areas included
- Fundraising and scholarship
- Outreach and community service
- Celebrations and welcome homes
- PIT integration of new brothers
- Ongoing Integration Group health
In anticipation of our regional gathering in July, five online “Google Groups” have been created and men from different communities invited to join those, to begin sharing ideas and best practices among yourselves. There shall also be an opportunity for each of these task forces to meet physically at the July gathering.
